Amanda is a licensed medical esthetician passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care. She specializes in advanced facial and body treatments, including customized chemical peels, laser therapies, and cutting-edge medical aesthetic devices designed to improve skin health, texture, tone, and overall rejuvenation.
Amanda believes that lasting results begin with education, consistency, and individualized treatment plans. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming, comfortable experience while helping every patient feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout their aesthetic journey.
Before transitioning into aesthetics, Amanda spent 10 years in real estate, where she built a reputation for exceptional client service and meaningful relationships. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she relocated to Pennsylvania in 2023 to pursue her passion for skincare and aesthetic medicine. Outside the office, Amanda enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with her fiancé, Sean.
Surgical Technician
Kim brings more than 30 years of experience in Hair Restoration and patient care at our practice. As a trained Surgical Technician and Phlebotomist, she has worked alongside physicians for over three decades, assisting with hair restoration procedures and a wide range of medical treatments.
Kim is passionate about ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their journey. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with patients and serving as a trusted advocate from procedure through recovery. Her compassionate approach, combined with her extensive clinical experience, helps create a positive and reassuring experience for every individual she meets.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, especially her beloved little dog, Martie. She believes in leading with integrity, kindness, and a positive attitude in both her personal and professional life.
Hair Restoration Patient Educator
As our Hair Restoration Patient Educator, Lisa Rovens is dedicated to guiding patients through every step of their hair restoration journey. She takes the time to educate each patient about their treatment options, answer questions, and help develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals while setting realistic expectations for the best possible outcomes.
Lisa began her career in the aesthetic and hair restoration field in 1996, performing hair restoration procedures as a surgical technician. She later expanded her expertise by becoming a licensed medical esthetician, receiving advanced training in medical-grade lasers and aesthetic treatments while working alongside plastic surgeons in cosmetic and reconstructive procedures.
With nearly 30 years of experience, Lisa has remained committed to continuing education, consistently pursuing advanced training in the latest hair restoration techniques and technologies. Her unique combination of surgical experience, aesthetic expertise, and patient education allows her to provide compassionate guidance and knowledgeable support, helping patients feel confident and informed as they choose the treatment options that are right for them.
Office Manager/Cosmetic Coordinator
Cheryl Brady serves as the Office Manager at Morgenstern Medical, where she is dedicated to ensuring every patient receives exceptional care from their very first interaction through every step of their journey. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment and takes pride in helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident. Cheryl believes that educating patients and setting realistic expectations are essential to achieving satisfying results, and she values the lasting relationships she builds with each individual who becomes part of the Morgenstern Medical family.
Cheryl began her career in aesthetics in 2004 as a licensed medical esthetician. Throughout her career, she has received advanced training in a wide variety of laser technologies and aesthetic treatments. She later expanded her expertise by becoming a certified permanent makeup specialist, providing both cosmetic and reconstructive micropigmentation services alongside physicians.
As the practice’s Cosmetic Coordinator, Cheryl also educates patients on the full range of facial and body procedures offered, helping them understand their options and confidently navigate their treatment journey. Her extensive experience in aesthetics, patient care, and practice management makes her an invaluable resource for both patients and the Morgenstern Medical team.
Head of Marketing
Jennifer holds a degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and visual communications, including over a decade within the aesthetic industry. In her role with Morgenstern Medical and Morgenstern Hair Restoration, she leads creative and strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen brand identity, support patient education, and communicate services with clarity and purpose.
Her work combines thoughtful messaging, design, and brand strategy to create a cohesive and engaging patient experience across digital, print, and social platforms. She is committed to presenting complex treatments in a way that is informative, approachable, and aligned with the organization’s standard of care.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her son, boyfriend, and labradoodle, Lucy. She also has a lifelong appreciation for live music and is a dedicated Hanson fan, having attended nearly 200 performances.
