Head of Marketing
Jennifer has a degree in Graphic Design and Digital Media and brings over 20 years of experience in marketing, branding, and graphic design, with more than 10 years dedicated to the aesthetic industry. In her work with Morgenstern Medical and Morgenstern Hair Restoration, she combines creativity, strategy, and visual storytelling to help present services in a way that feels approachable, inspiring, and aligned with the patient experience.
She loves the opportunity to be creative every day while helping bring meaningful services to life through thoughtful messaging, design, and marketing. Her work is rooted in helping people feel more informed, more confident, and more cared for as they explore treatments that can make a positive difference in how they look and feel.
In her free time, Jennifer loves spending time with her son, boyfriend and labradoodle, Lucy especially when live music is involved. A proud Hanson fan, she is always happy to share that she has seen the band around 200 times.

Amanda is a licensed esthetician dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized, results-driven care. She specializes in advanced treatments including customized clinical facials, manual lymphatic drainage, chemical peels, HydraFacial®, and microneedling. Every treatment is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique skin concerns, with the goal of improving skin health, enhancing natural beauty, and building lasting confidence.
Before beginning her career in aesthetics, Amanda spent 10 years in real estate, where she developed a strong foundation in exceptional client service and relationship-building. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, she relocated to Pennsylvania in 2023 to pursue her passion for skincare and turn a lifelong interest into a rewarding career.
Amanda believes that achieving beautiful skin starts with education, consistency, and a personalized approach. She is committed to creating a welcoming, comfortable experience while helping clients feel informed and confident throughout their skincare journey.
Outside of the treatment room, Amanda enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with her fiancé, Sean.
Kim Merrigan brings more than 30 years in hair restoration and provides exceptional patient care. Kim is passionate about making sure each patient feels informed and comfortable. She takes pride in building lasting relationships and is a trusted advocate throughout each patents journey. Outside of work Kim enjoys spending time with her family, including her little dog, Martie. She believes in leading with integrity, kindness, and a positive attitude in both her personal and professional life.
